Usage:
GetUserInformation.exe \\Server Username

Flags:
- The user's account is not disabled.
- The account is disabled for delegation.
- The account is currently not locked out (blocked).
- This account does require Kerberos preauthentication for logon.
- The user's password is not stored under reversible encryption in the Active Directory.
- The logon script executed. This value must be set for LAN Manager 2.0 and Windows NT/2000/XP.
